CLOO is a Lund University research centre focused on the governance and management of public organisations. Managers and staff in public organisations constantly need to handle new management ideas and governance models. At the same time, organisations face rapid change and growing political pressure to solve complex problems. CLOO addresses these challenges by working with public organisations to develop and test new ways of working.
